Top Open World games for PS4? Also questions on Elder Scrolls Online?

Need some recommendations. I really want to dive into a new RPG like Witcher or Skyrim. I just got a new TV and sound system, Skyrim looks beautiful on it. What suggestions do you guys have?
Also, I played Elder Scrolls online and have a couple questions before starting it back up. Are the graphics better, worse, or as good as Skyrim remastered? Been a while since I played it. Also, I finished the campaign, got to the center of the map. Should I start over or play the other areas now that you can travel to them?

Horizon: Zero Dawn comes out in 2 weeks. That is open world and looks to be an action - RPG.

Dragon Age Inquisition
Infamous: Second Son is one of the original games for PS4 but it holds up. Tons of fun open world super hero. Light on the RPG side.

Horizon Zero Dawn on the 28th. More Action to it than both of those and I am sure the lore/story won't be as deep but that is yet to be seen.

Have you looked at final fantasy XV. Man my first playthrough (I figure ill make another play through eventually) was amazing. The first 75% of the game is fully open world, then the final stetch you get sucked into a more linear story. Really underrated game IMO but i think some people just wanted a more fleshed out story. I watched the movie before starting so i understood most of the what was going on
