Just playing it now, if you bring your map up they have different "encounters" you can do randomly or there are a few storyline missions. You get loot from either. Pretty tight game so far.

It definitely has a unique feel to it that I have not really had before, especially if you're playing with a group. Especially in the Dark Zones, which I enjoyed a lot more than I thought I would. Sneaking around, and coming across people you aren't sure if they will be hostile or not, it was pretty fun.
I agree with the earlier poster that it does feel a bit empty (Beta may have some to do with this), but enemies were definitely few and far between. Fighting through MSG was pretty fun. Game is undoubtedly gorgeous, controls work for me. It has intrigued me if nothing else.
One thing I was thinking they need to add is kind of like the Posse system in Red Dead Redemption, but could expand on it some like in GTA. Be able to design a group logo and stuff with maybe team colors to sort of have recognizable squads within the division.

I will say, the lack of a tactical roll was awful. Every time I hop down from a ledge, crunch. How are we at least somewhat military trained, but can't roll on impact?

The game seems okay, but Ubisofts laucher has always caused problems and they are amplified with W10. Once you reconfigure all sort of settings the game launches fine but what a pain.

It runs great, its a launcher issue when you put the launcher on your non main/boot drive in my case.

Yeah mines on my 950.
Didn't play much, will tonight. Did the first 2 missions or whatever and found the safe house before I got off.

I don't believe it's just that ethier. I've had to reconfigure launcher settings for every Ubisoft game since W10. I'm just saying my experience with it lately.
I've had issues with Black Flag, Black List, Far Cry and now this BETA. It all has to do with Ubisofts launcher. I've had multiple GPU and OS configs since then. Just annoying how this issue is still present.

Weird, mines been perfectly fine on W10. AC Syndicate and now this Beta have always launched just fine and normally like if it was through steam. Never had to reinstall or verify files or anything other than open the client and launch the game and play.
