To T-Bag, or Not to T-Bag?

When is t-bagging most acceptable? Usually,I only t-bag in retalliation.
On BF3 I got t-bagged by this dude after I killed him 9 straight times. I didn't t-bag him once. After that, my group focused all of our attention on squad bagging this guy....He quit. Thanks for the nemesis ribbon!
