Tips for fielding fly balls in The Show

i realize as the indicator turns green means I'm close to the ball. But should I stop running when it turns green? Is there a button to press to stop running and camp under the ball?

Always keep the ball in front of you and look it in

I always moved in the direction of the arrow. Once it turned green, I let go of the stick. The AI would then kick in for the player to adjust for 2 or 3 steps.
