I mean, she isn't a complete smoke show, but her personality is cute and she has a nice body.

I've never seen her stream, so no clue about personality. The playboy pictures were a disappointment.

Whenever I hear "posed for Playboy" it sets a certain standard. I forget they do a lot of these shoots for girls who specifically fit a category.

Yeah, like i said earlier, my interest was peaked when i heard playboy.

But Playboy is a Non Nude mag now, so it was what i should of expected once i figured it out.

I bet after the shite storm that comes, she might be posing for Penthouse, and auditioning for an Adult movie soon enough. They are going to go in raw on Phantomlord, especially with the proof of him having the guy change his odds in his favor.

He said that Valve won't face criminal charges over it but people that owned the actual gambling sites may. He did say that if the class action looks like it may go anywhere that Valve will pay their way out of it before it gets to court and that he had a chance to be involved in it but didn't see it going anywhere so he opted out.

Valve will be OK over any criminal charges because they had a ToS in place and can say it's hard to monitor everyone that links to their API due to their size. They will also argue that once it came to their attention they moved to rectify it.

I'm an attorney (no expertise in video games though), this largely tracks with my take on it.

Valve hasn't done anything criminal here. tmartn, phantomlord, and others may get some nice federal charges dropped on them.

I could see Valve just settling the class action to put this story to bed if they can get out for the right price. They may want to try for a summary judgment first though then settle for a bit more if they lose.

One extra sale should cover it.
