182 level vector was at 168k. Same mods, I'm at 212k with the Aug.

It may not be the roll but it's definitely not the worst. I'm enjoying it. And I've come to realize that Phoenix credits aren't that hard to come by so I say spend away. Dz currency is more valuable to me

Finished FL this afternoon with three randoms, was very rewarding. Got the aug last night, and am loving it. What else should I spend Phoenix credits on, I assume next weeks weapons will be different and I will want them. I would love a lvl 204 AR.

Just finally almost completed the Napalm Production Mission on hard. Took an arse kicking to be able to beat it. Got to last napalm tank to destroy, all enemies dead, and program glitched out and wouldn't let me destroy the napalm tank. Couldn't finish mission. FML.

Nice. Beating FL legit for the first time is pretty exciting. Being able to get 214 chest holster and backpack set peices really open up a lot of possibilities.

So are all the problems on both PC and console? Some of the articles I've been reading make it seem like it's mostly a PC issue with net coding but I've seen a lot of complaints in here and I want to say a lot of you are console. I've had this for a bit but just got into it and only to level 14, so I'm not even to the point where I'd start seeing these issues.

Not even close. On console all you deal with are people who are / have glitched. You can't hack it.
The issues with the console game are just in all the bugs and the almost-non-existent progression once you get to a certain point

almost all of the nerd rage and articles written about the division stem from the hacks people can use in the DZ. teleporting and insta kills
there have been problems on console, such as glitches (getting the best gear in the game by glitching thru the hardest mission), but at the moment there aren't that many. they've been fixed
from 1-30 the game is great. you wouldn't experience any problems really until you got to the end game

Now that they fixed protection from elites I will log in again.
Might actually have a fighting chance in incursion challenge mode. 55% armor reduction and 20% from protection from elites with my 4 tac / 2 striker set

I play on Xbox one and have no problems at all as far as hacking or glitching. Only one time have I ran into a group of rouges that were shooting from inside a wall. I usually just avoid rogues all together, it's not hard.

'Balanced' is getting nerfed.
Considering that a Balanced First Wave M1A is one of the best guns in the game, this is big.
I have a balanced Classic m1a, gs 163 HE, and it shreds. I couldn't imagine a 204 or 182 with Balanced and brutal or deadly.
don't waste time or mats farming for it.
my 182 M44 bolt action with deadly prepared and fierce just became more valuable

I'm ok with this. They need some variety and the M1A was WAYYYY OP.
Still using my balanced / accurate purple one from like the second week of the game for missions that benefit from long range guns
