There's a code on the back of the instruction booklet. You have to key it in when you go into online franchise mode.

I've just sent friend requests containing the password.
I still need CE Tiger and tiger golfer1 to activate their accounts using the password that is located in the back of the instruction book.
Here's a LINK to the Madden Online Franchise Website. You need to get an EA account set up to access the site if you have not already done so.
It's looking like the draft will be either Wednesday or Thursday night at 7 pm.

question about the draft...after the 8th user contolled team picks, do the other 24 a.i. teams pick a player and then it starts over? or does the last team who picks get back to back picks? sorry if i made this confusing.

It's an S draft. The player with pick number 1 in Round 1 will have pick number 32 in Round 2 then pick number 1 in round 3, etc.
If you access the franchise website, you can see what picks you will be. The draft order has already been selected by the computer.

The draft order for all rounds is on the franchise website that I linked to a few posts ago.
You have the 4th pick in Round 1, 29th pick in Round 2, 4th pick in Round 3, etc.
