Damn Submit button! Anyone playing the old republic? My search button seems to not be working or I fail at search! Probably the later.

I was with a friend. But I got bored with it and tired of paying the monthly subscription. I know its free now, but my time goes to Dayz and Wasteland now.

I don't like the fact that it will habitually crap out and kick you off if you play for more than 1-2 hours at a time.

They nerfed troopers
I was plying a trooper as my main.
so they nerfed my interest in the game

I am always thinking about trying this game since I missed it the first time and it is so cheap now.

A bunch of us played when it released, but only a couple stuck with it past 2-3 months. These days if a MMO doesn't stick with me I rarely try it again. The only MMO I still play at least a couple of months a year is EQ.

I like sandbox games.
This game led you straight down a path like no other. Zero exploration.

I played for a while.. but got extremely bored. Hard to find good community in any MMO today.

Still play it but nowhere near as much as I used to. Will probably go back when the expansion releases. New gear, ops, level cap, and world.

When TOR came out, everyone I knew that played it said "most fun I've had playing an MMO in a long time". I thought the game was pure crap honestly. It was a WoW clone without the polish and without the content with an invasive story.

I'm giving it a try since it's free and I'm enjoying it. I do agree it's very linear in the quest line. I play EQ2 mainly and enjoy it but it's gotten stale at the end game so I thought I'd give this one a try for a while. One thing I enjoy is the quest interactions. I know this will probably get old but for now I enjoy it.

I play
If you find a good, active guild for end game ops....it stays pretty fun. The expansion is hitting on the 14th (IIRC) and they are doing double xp every weekend till then, for those who want to get back in
