I can never buy an amiibo. I would find them functional, but my wife would never let me live it down.

I was complaining out loud that I got paired with a bunch of babies in turf war...names like lilsisxx...she was kind enough to point out I was playing a game made for kids

Yeah, the kiddie factor is definitely at play when you're screaming at the TV in frustration.

who is good at what, weapon of choice...assign territory for each map, and stick to the plan.


for instance moray towers...A & B dive for common ground ink it up, A moves into enemy turf via rail while B stays at an elevated position to move in and out to keep it inked. staying close to the enemy ramp entrance

C & D start by inking up home turf. C jumps down two levels and inks all the way to the entrance ramp and from there assists B in battling for the common turf but staying close to the home ramp entrance. D inks down to the rail entrance then posts guard at that entrance.

A is your best splat guy but also needs to cover turf - dualies

B is your 2nd best splat guy...dualies or splattershot. aerospray if you're deadly with it

C & D do work with the aerospray or roller to quickly cover turf and reach assigned guard posts.

A is your chance to walk Rodney because if he gets to the top without being splatted and every enemy behind him is splatted after he reaches the top, he has them dead to rights. if he can keep them cornered there in time for B to rush up and assist and from there it works like a food vending machine

C and D then cover entire common turf and hold ramp entrance abandoning the rail entrance. while A & B hold them to their spawn location

some of the hard as balls teams with voice chat push forward at the same time and if you're between them they close in, double team you and move back to position.

occasionally i'll have someone smart enough to overload one side with me. other times i just have to wait for them to close in on someone and move through the opening.

think of the 2 in the middle like safeties in football. get them to bite on one side of the field and then hit the open seam on the other side, get behind them and ink shite up uncontested for a good bit.

sounds like it would be easier to splat them but some of them are unsplattable.
