They'll be there, but just aren't doing a conference.
E3 got pushed back a week, and Gamescom got moved up one week. Not enough time (40 days) to really justify a full blown news conference.

Yeah. It's in late October, so I imagine they're doing it then so they have something newer/more meaningful to show. Wouldn't be surprised to see them announce a price cut then.

It's a week later than the year previous. It didn't get delayed per se, they just planned it for a week later. For reference, last year it started on June 10th, this year on June 16th.

They fluctuate the date every year it's always from around the 5th-15th
