I was kind of into fighters for a while, last one being a Tekken game, and then realized they bored me.

Holy hell I suck at this game big time. The controller just doesn't play this game well at all. Might go pick up a arcade pad or something - this sucks!

I'm actually the opposite. Got a arcade stick for the first time and it takes a little getting used to. Love the feel of it though also a lot more space.

hitting the three punches or the three kick buttons at the same time with the regular controller is practically impossible. Easy to do with the fight pads.

Are any of the platforms cross play?
PC/PS4 or PS4/XBONE? Trying to decide if I should go with the PS4 or PC version.

Not really, you can map all 3 kicks or punches to one button.
