So the PSN Sucks

Decided to get the UFC PPV on the PSN tonight because it is $15 cheaper than buying the PPV from my cable company.
It was un-watchable. Constant stuttering and freezing. I watched it less than 10 minutes before switching to cable.
Contacted Sony via Live Chat and they are going to be issuing me a refund. It was painless so I will grant them that.
Definitely won't be buying a live stream from them again though.

They charged me for psplus - after I unequivocally took it off of auto-renew, and were still arrogant about it. 'You get this one for free, don't expect another refund.'

I almost exclusively buy through my xbox one on the UFC.tv app. It is flawless. The streaming on the UFC app on Xbox is hands down the best live stream of any service I've ever tried

After a couple of minutes he said We are sorry you had a bad experience we will issue a refund in 3-5 days.

I've got to say that's got to be a isolated incident. I have fight nights all the time at my place and I use my PS4 all the time to stream the PPV with no problems. And I have 15 down and 2-5 up. Vue works flawlessly as well.

This must be an isolated incident because I have never had a problem like this and I use the shite out of the Playstation Network.
