I never used the mods for Oblivion, I assumed they were just appearance type stuff, are there any actual content type of mods?

Seems like a lot of good stuff is out already. I had to reinstall, so i havent got to try any but "Wars in Skyrim" and Hardcore mode sound really cool.
Theres also a Dovahkiin hideout and a bunch of visual enhancements that seem to improve the game greatly.
