From Midnight Friday 31 January PST (8am Saturday 1 Feb GMT) many players were affected by an issue related to the Mongol War Rush. Those who were affected cannot load the game. We are submitting an update today, which will fix the problem for everyone affected, but this may take several days to be available. In the meantime, there is a work around for those affected by the bug to continue to play. If you cannot load the game please change the time on your device to before Friday 31 January. The game will then load as usual, and once it has loaded you can change your clock back to the correct time. We sincerely apologise for this. We share your disappointment and are working hard to rectify the situation. Many players attempted to log in at the beginning of the War Rush Contest and were more affected by this issue than others. We will be looking into these cases for those affected. We will announce further details about this shortly. In the meantime our priority is to get the game running smoothly and contacting affected players to communicate this workaround.
