I bought a physical copy of the remaster on PS4. I can't get over how awful the game mechanics are and how goofy the storyline is but at the same time, I can't stop playing it.

I didn't like playing it solo at all, but it's hands down the best co-op experience I ever had.

I can't get my friend to spend the $20 bucks to play it with me. the AI partner is pretty dumb sometimes (ex standing around getting hit by the giant squid monster on the boat boss fight), but she's a good shot. Also she likes to let herself get killed by the chainsaw wielding zombies. I'd just rather not have to put up with babysitting an AI character the entire game.

It's not as good as Resident Evil 4, but I enjoy playing Resident Evil 5 more.

AI partner is a lap dog. One of the boss fights, in co-op, one of us would distract the monster and the other would lay down mines and then you'd draw him to them and take it out that way. AI partner would just follow me around and I was constantly on the run.

One of my most favorite games.

Amazing Co op experience. Memorable boss fights.

Game was pretty tough in the beginning. Before you get tricked out weapons

I feel like this has been the case for every RE game. Who the frick do they get to design the control scheme for them? It is always so bad and clunky

That said, I love RE5. 4 also.

I have been upgrading nothing but the pistol since ammo for it is found almost everywhere.

How do you all feel about RE6 Remastered? For co-op purposes.

I own it on PC. Never played it much. It seemed like it didn't deserve all the hate that it got though. I just think that the RE4 and 5 style of gameplay hasn't aged very well.

I remember when I bought this game for the coop experience and played it once. Good times.

The coop was a blast. I haven't played it in years though. Single player was awful.
