Quick question concerning download and upload speed

Which matters when playing online like call of duty? Also I plug in my hard line and I have 43 download but only 2 upload...how can I get my full upload speed to work on my ps3? Thanks

your ping or latency is much more important as long as you have +8MB DL.

upload is always capped way lower than your download. You probably only have 2Mbps upload.
The reason they do this is to prevent business class applications from running and also upload bandwidth maxed out will basically kill your entire connection.

My package is with eatel..50 download 25 upload...but plugged into the ps3 it's only ever been 2 up...but I see that it doesn't matter..only the ping....thanks for the answers..
