Questions about cheating: BO PS3

This isnt right is it?
How can you tell if someone is lag switching or whatever?
If someone on my team was doing it, would it affect me?
Why would my care packages fall straight through the ground multiple times in one match? I watched other people's do it as well. Why would my body fall through the ground after I die?
This happened in multiple matches in the same lobby. Once I switched lobbies it didnt happen.
