Question for Mortal Kombat XL owners

I currently own Mortal Kombat X for the PS4. I am considering buying someone's used Mortal Kombat XL PS4 game for cheaper than it would cost me to download all of the downloadable fighters (I never purchased any of the downloadable fighters for Mortal Kombat X). My question is do those downloadable fighters come standard on the actual Mortal Kombat XL game disk, or is the game disk basically just Mortal Kombat X with a digital download code voucher inside for the extra fighters? I don't want to buy the used game only to get home and find out that the extra fighters are only available via a digital download code that was already used. The lady is selling the game on one of those Facebook garage sale sites and I highly doubt she knows anything about it.
