Question about XBOX One

Recently got a xbox one, use to have a 360 and its been awhile since I have played any games.
After setting up the xbox one and briefly looking online at the accessories page on the microsoft website, do they not have a wireless headset or rechargeable battery pack for the controllers like they did for the 360?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, figured yall would automatically know and save me time trying to research it
TIA

I recently bought the Microsoft Xbox One headset for $60 and it doesn't take any batteries, just has one wire that plugs in to the bottom of your controller.
As far as batteries go I just always buy new ones and need to invest into some rechargeable ones.

The battery pack I found has to be plugged into the system to recharge while playing it looked like, not like the 360 model that sat on the counter and recharged
