I read an article that a developer has one and it didn't run in 4K. I thought the S was just a slim Xbox one and then the Scorpio would run in 4K. Or both are supposed to but Scorpio is more powerful?

My limited understanding leads me to believe that the S will contain moderate improvements in power and efficiency over the original Xbone while the Scorpio will include major hardware changes.

Wasn't the One S only supposed to have the ultra hd player? So 4k for movies, not games?

S is massively smaller than the OG Xbox One, plays video in 4K, and uses HDR to make slight improvements on games.

Thats my understanding. Pretty much same power as the og xbox one just smaller and will be able to play 4k video content, making it the cheapest 4k player.

I will be trading in my elite for this. I hate the power brick and i move my xbox a lot so ill be all over this.

If you already have a One I'd just wait for Scorpio. This one looks cool and sleek but it's really gonna be pretty much the same thing as what you got. Plus next year 4K TVs will probably be alittle better/cheaper.

If you don't have a One and wanting to jump in the S is a solid for sure
