QUESTION ABOUT PS3

my playstation turns on but my game wont run.the title wont even show up where it usually does. i dont know if its the hard drive or what??

Is it just one game or is it multiple games? If it is just one game then it may be a bad disk if it is multiple I'd call sony.

i wont read any game. i dont know what happened. i was playin ncaa and the game froze so i restarted it and the game wont show up at all. so i can turn it on mess with the settings and get online and everythng but i cant play the game

This happened to me a couple months ago. You just call Sony (hopefully the system is less than a year old and you have the receipt) and it is a simple process. They mail you a box and you mail it back to them with the PS3 system in it and the fix/replace and ship it back. It took less than 2 weeks, probably around 10 days actually (including the weekend).

yeh i got it in december i just called the number. tbey did what you said there gonna send me a box. i send it in and they mail me a new one. 10- 14 days

Same thing for me. Just get a return.
I called and the guy was awesome on the phone; either he was an American, or a foreigner that had a really good American accent and knew alot about football. Told him I was in Louisiana and he started talking to me about the Saints and LSU. It was in January, so he was asking me about the Nat'l Champ game. Really cool guy.

He asked if I was a Duck fan when I gave him my Eugene address and commented how he thinks they are the most exciting team and how it was a shame Dixon went down.

Your Blu-Ray player went out. That happened to me. I got my original one back, they just replaced the player. It took exactly 14 days from receipt of box to receipt of PS3. 17 if you count from the phone call.
