Question about Fight night RD4

I am having a very hatd time beating fighters in the top 20 of my weight class, how do I get better fastter I do all the traing but I do not get any better can someone please tell me a secret or any thing that can help. Thank you

I was in the same boat as you. the training is hard to be consistant so I started using the auto train but that only gives you so much towards your overall stats.

yeh, training is really hard. fortunately for you the foot speed training is one of the easier ones.
i've stopped fighting fighters that are better than me and have been focussing on practing the training outside of my legacy.

I made a fighter and made the same mistake of going through the ranks too fast.
Made another one and started off with at least 2 training things per fight ... bumped it up to 3 if I thought the previous fight was hard. Did this till I bumped a weight class and won all the belts and then went to one or two per fight.
When your dude gets older you have to take at least 3months off or your stats drop off...
Ended up like 45-8-2, so mad I lost a couple of stupid ones so I couldn't get GOAT.
