I have a new PS4 that the video is not showing up on my tv.

My TV is in good condition and all other HDMI ports work with other HDMI devices, just not the PS4

Resolutions tried and failed:

PS4 works on other tvs.
Tried all HDMI input ports on tv.
Tried different hdmi cables on tv.
Ran PS4 to tv through HDMI switch.
Reset PS4 into safemode, but still doesn't display on tv.
Tv has all firmware updates.

Really don't want to buy another tv. Anybody have a way to help?

It might just be one of those things.

Push HDMI in all the way. Had a buddy with this issue and supposedly it's a well documents ps4 problem. The HDMI connector in the back of the ps4 was offset. He had to get it just right or no video would show up. At the end of the day pushing the cord in as far and hard as possible usually fixed it

Also try another HDMI cord to rule that variable out.

^^^^^try that, it sounds ridiculous but the HDMI port on the PS4 is pretty poorly designed

I'm sure this won't fix your problem but I have issues with mine ever now and then, either not giving video at all or cutting in and out. All I have to do is unplug the HDMI from the TV and plug it back in and it fixes it
