PS4 Restore Licenses error

Has anyone ever got a restore license error CE-34568-6? It won't let me restore licenses.
I can't find anything useful online on how to fix it and it won't let me download season pass dlc's and extras because of this.

Had this happen to me ... you have to call Sony :( its a pita :(

Not sure if you have tried this but in order to restore licenses, you have to be restoring the license on the account that is set as the primary account on that PS4. If you have not set your account to primary, then you will not be able to restore your licenses.
