BF4 Dragon's Teeth is out today. Normally I wouldn't get too excited about anything BF4 does, but the YouTube all stars are making it out to be a real good collection of urban infantry heavy maps. I even heard comparisons of one of them to Grand Bazaar.
If I ever turn my PS4 on again I'll want to play those.

He announced the appeal yesterday, signed today for the original offer. I don't get it, but maybe I'm wrong about the first deal on the table.

First deal was 9.5Mil. So, presumably, he made an extra 2 mil over the 4 years by filing the grievance. Maybe he could have done so by just a regular hold out, who knows.

Yeah. They were trying to set precedent. I'm wondering if they will go through with the appeal. I guess the do, but it makes the ruling moot.
