i usually mix the first two with 7 then switch to water....helps with the headaches

This may come as a surprise, but try tea. Any tea, but I like to use unsweet tea or lightly sweet tea. I don't know if it's a wive's tale, but the lack of carbination and/or sugar lessens the headaches.

I haven't tried it with water all that much...I like to cut the taste with something sweet.
