Problems with 2K15 in my GM mode crashing

It's done this a couple of times and this time it has severely pissed me off I'll play a full game and everything will go good, the game will end and I'll be on the screen where you can quit the game or read the box score, etc. and I'll click on quit just like I always do and it'll send me back to the XBone HUD page, like the one you see when you first start up the console

I'll click on 2k and it'll take me right to the screen where you select sides to start the game I literally just got done playing. So I lose all the progress I had just made. This kinda shite drives me crazy and will cause me to no longer play the game, any idea what is causing this?
