Problems downloading Gameface on FIFA12?

Anyone else experiencing this? Tried it three times downloading it from the EA site into the game, and it has froze my system 18% into it every time

What is a gameface? I've never looked into this, but FIFA always asks me about it.

Basically you take a picture of yourself front and side, go to easports.com and it makes your animated face that you can put on your pro. Last years worked really well for me, my pro looked just like me. It's actually kinda creepy but really cool
