Problem with playstation store

I did a update on the playstation store, now it won't open when I try to go to it. It goes to a blue screen and says playstation store, search but won't let me control it.

The same thing has been happening to me for awhile. I just use the Internet browser and go to the store from there.

Whenever I have trouble with PS Store launching, I typically just restart my PS4. Usually work after that.

I was experiencing same issues. Was kind of a bummer since I just got it. Seems like any time I try to do something online it was taking forever.
