On a console the only thing to do is change the hard drive. Load times almost cut in half for some titles like tLoU Remastered and Destiny when switching out the 5400RPM HDD to a SSD in my PS4. I know with an XBONE you can't uograde components but maybe upgrading the console as a whole to a XBONE Elite with a SSHD would help.
