Pen and Paper RPGs - Anyone tried Dragon Age?

I saw in my local game shop the core book for the Dragon Age pen and paper RPG. I'm an old hat D&D player, but wasn't familiar with the FantasyAge system (in use for DA), but loved DA's computer games.
Anyone tried it so far? Or the core game they utilized and its campaign, Titans Grave?

I have not, but I am in my first ever campaign of D&D and I'm surprised how much fun it is.
Sailor Paladin for the motherfricking win!

I have. I like it a lot actually. It's much more simplistic, and easy to just pick up and go. Only uses regular dice too.

Welcome to nerdom!
I've been a D&D player off and on since it came out in the late 70s.
It's truly a lot of fun if you have a good group and are willing to let your imagination loose.
If you want to see some incredible examples of role playing, check out Critical Role on geekandsundry.com. It's a group of professional voice actors that started playing D&D for fun a few years ago. They mentioned it to Felicia Day and she talked them in to streaming their games live on her new Twitch channel.
Episode 1 takes place in the middle of their ongoing campaign but they bring you up to speed with the characters and the story pretty quick. They are playing 5th edition with some home brewed rules here and there and some stuff carried over from Pathfinder.
Anyway, enjoy your newfound game!

DA is a fun, fairly simple RPG. I've played a one-shot of it one time, and we enjoyed it. It has a pretty favorable reputation in the RPG community.
