Outlast 2 - Spoilers

So I just got done playing through it and wow very cool game, very impressed. However, they left a lot of things open to interpretation.
How the hell did Lynn get pregnant? Or maybe she really never was, but Blake and all others perceived her to be. I'm going to have to go find a few articles/videos that explain this, in addition to other parts of this game because I have no idea what to think about that.
I'm assuming this white flash that happens every so often is what is causing these people to go nuts. It has to be. I will say that I was rather let down that it seemed to be a manmade phenomenon, instead of some other worldly being at work.
I was hoping we could have met this "God" they kept mentioning with Knoth. I say that because at first I assumed the man's voice we kept hearing in the school scenes was "God". At the end we find out that voice is simply a priest/teacher Blake had in grade school. He was hallucinating past events in his life.
I thought it would have made the game very intriguing had it been some demon or something that was influencing the whole town imo.
Thoughts?

Seems like most people were let down by the ending and they got sick of the constant chases with no clear direction to flee. Ending seems like a big pile of crap to me. If there wasn't a supernatural element then why did everyone kill themselves at the end? The guy wasn't there nearly as long as anyone else yet he died at the end from the microwaves?
Most of what they saw was fake / hallucinations? So the really sick rotting deformed people weren't really rotting and deformed? That was just a hallucination?
What was the point of the school? Did the microwaves make him think back to another horrible moment in his life which also was caused by a religious figure?Was he still hallucinating at the end when he was back at school? So essentially he was just lying down to die of thirst while dreaming about being with his dead friend at school?
Too many questions without satisfying answers. What killed the wife? If everything was nothing more than hallucinations, then she wasn't really pregnant. How did she die? Sure the game makes you ask a million questions but without any concrete answers it seems a bit cheap to me.
It has plenty of great atmosphere but you couldn't really spend any time looking at things because you were constantly being chased.

I'm pretty sure the school and the baby were hallucinations. The school since apparently that's where blake's darkest secret lies perhaps. I found a good video that explains a solid chunk of what's going on. Fun game but it was just....... unsatisfying

I wouldn't rely too much on that guy.
He didn't even catch that Jessica died falling down the stairs and was hung by the priest to cover up that he was chasing her to molest her.
That's why the school was Blake's deepest secret. He left Jessica with the Priest and she died. Thus why he will never leave her again. With his final psychotic breakdown, he atones for leaving her by staying with her forever.
The game could have been so much better. Story needed to be tighter and not being able to defend yourself and fight gets old. Either make stealth actually work better or let me pick up a shovel and smack someone with it. No point to building all of that atmosphere if I can't take some time to look around and explore.
