Literally stayed up until Midnight last night so I could download it... unfortunately rig internet makes this damn near impossible. It's been 9 hours and I'm at 90%. My productivity will hit zero when the download hits 100.

3DS clearly limits Smash. As far as combined hours as far as playtime is concerned, I'd bet Smash for WiiU at least doubles the amount of gameplay this time next year. I really don't think Smash fits on a portable device any more than Pokemon RPG fits on a home console. It could be done, sure, but it will be lacking the magic of it's optimal medium.

How have they not announced at release date for the Wii U version yet? The longer they wait the more I think it will be released closer to Christmas than Thanksgiving

They don't care about this at all. They will take the 3DS doubling or tripling Wii U version in sales, before catering to the small hardcore playerbase.

I've been rocking Zero Suit Samus, RosaLuma, and Shulk the most. Having a blast so far although I've taken my fair share of arse beatings online

His neutral special changes how he plays. Green increases his jumping ability, Blue increases his speed/weakens his attack, Yellow increases defense and shielding/decreases attack, Purple increases damage/decreases knockback, and Red increases knockback/decreases damage output. Switching between these when appopriate definitely makes him different from the other sword characters, but also makes him harder to use
