Can't remember when you left, but:
- You now get bonus gold as a team if you destroy first tower
- Ziggs passive causes his basic attacks to deal bonus damage every so many seconds, 7 i think. CD is reduced by 1 second everytime an ability is used. This passive does even more bonus damage against structures.
- His "W" (satchel), now can completely one shot turrets if they are 25% hp or lower.
- His wave clear is incredible, so people are taking him bot to rush destroying the first tower.
Once you have 2-3 items, you can solo a tower down incredibly quickly with your auto passive and satchel.
ETA: It's to the point now that when I play mid, I play him. If the enemy laner roams, just ping the mia and enjoy the free tower.

Not sure that I like TSM playing a a comp where Turtle is the only source of damage. If he dies, you're fricked.
ETA: Yeah, this is going to game 5. Why in the frick you'd count on Turtle to carry you is beyond me.
ETA2: If Parth/Regi make Bjergsen play Ori or Lulu next game, grats to C9 on winning NA.
They are blowing everything in fights and C9's health bars are barely moving. Zero damage in this comp.
ETA3: Jesus Turtle is fricking awful. Apparently he can only win lanes if he gets gifted a first blood with blue buff.

True, but there's not much you can do when your assignment is to be a support for your ADC that lost his lane.
If anything, why wouldn't they pick a twitch or jinx? Lucian in that comp just seemed odd.
You have the best top and mid laner in NA, don't limit them. Play around them and give the leftovers to Turtle.
I love their draft for Game 5 100000000x more than for game 4.

Ah ok. Dude is a turret taking machine and the comp i saw had jarvan top and talon mid so an AP who can melt towers makes sense.
