You should be able to. You just get destroyed in the lane matchup so hard that you probably wont be able to beat her even if you get rid of the blind

I don't think that's a nerf to Fiora. Lower cd on E counters the higher cd on W. Reposte has always been significantly longer anyways, the lower E cooldown is very worth even if it is after 2 attacks.

I keep telling myself in these games that my team is getting dumpstered that the other team will throw at any second....unfortunately the situation for my team gets progressively worse as the game goes on.
Just in a slump I guess.

I got burned out of jungling every game so I've been supporting. 4 straight wins later, I think I may just stick with this. It's a lot easier to shotcall and get your team on the same page from the support position.

Lots of people say support is the best way to win games. You just get bot lane ahead and roam around

It's funny, I've been playing mid most of ranked so far this season and sinning 50% of my games. I switched to jungle playing Voli (op) and Xin Zhao (more op) and have won most of my games since. I kind of feel I've experienced the opposite you have. I think Jungle can take over games in low elo (not sure where you are at ranked wise).
After playing 89 games.. 46 wins and 43 losses, I am now officially out of Bronze
I had gotten some really bad luck with teams and losses.. many throws, many stompings.
I feel so accomplished.. It's kind of sad really.
