I am starting another play of this and the Pip Boy app wont connect, I think it's because of Windows 10. I've tried everything I found on the net but nothing works. I am thinking it might be windows 10 that is causing it.

No clue why it would be 10. I played on 10 but I didn't have a pip boy app.

The game works but the app on my tables doesn't find any connections.

I would double check and make sure you have the app connectivity turned on in game. Maybe an update reset it.

It's on, no connection, turn it off and restarted, turned it back on and restarted, still no connection.
