there aren't any inescapable spots on this game. If you simply swap to another character in tac view and advance time just a second, your character will crawl right out of the hole.
The only bug I have found so far, or I think it is anyway, I can't complete landmarks on the plains. I have 18 but they only count 17 of them and there aren't anymore on the map.

Takes 2 or 3 seconds for all textures to load in busy areas like skyhold
sometimes the cut scenes aren't entirely crisp.
Minor complaints though. Plays just fine

Finished all the areas on Hard and then hit the dragons. Killed 1-7 easy enough.
Then the first one I hit in Emprise killed me dead.
Not sure what to do to kill it. I guess my 2 mages, Cassandra and my duel wield rogue doesn't have enough DPS.
On the next attempt, I will take out one of the mages and send bull.
