I've been on all day. Turn your PS4 off (not rest). Turn off your wifi router and then your modem. Wait a minute and turn your modem back on. Wait for it to get back to normal and then turn your router back on. Then your PS4. Once your PS4 is on, go to settings/network and uncheck connect to Internet and then recheck it. Then go to test connection and if PSN says success, your in.

Yea, it is the sign in that is the main problem. If you can get in you should be good. The sign in is the man issue now.
