Portal is cool at first but the game is trash.

Portal shoulda had its own dev team, been a separate free game, and released with double the content.
Coulda easily bought them another full year to work on 2042.

Season 2 for Warzone/Vanguard got delayed 2 weeks.
Season 1 for BF2042 got delayed for 6 months.

You just don't understand Battlefield as you never played it so not sure why you're coming in here after you said you were out months ago?
Welcome to Battlefield. The 2 best entries in the series both took over a year to get good. BF3 took a year and BF4 took 2 years after being unplayable. Again, you don't know anything about this why are you here?

i've played plenty of battlefield over the past decade know that it seems to take a year for the game to really hit its stride, but a year shouldn't have to pass for that to happen. people move on faster than that now. we're in an age where we just have to be consumed with content. and if we're not getting it from one source, we move on to the next.
if a company has to take a year to "fix" their game after release, then it probably shouldn't have released at all.

If that were the case then BF3 and BF4 would have never existed. Sometimes it just is what it is. In this day n age it's called early access alpha.
Which is exactly why it's dumb to say the game can't be saved. Sure it can. May take a year. No Man's Sky somehow got saved years later into a solid game, and even with that game tons of players returned and enjoyed it.
