Anyone else try this out?

It is a top down shooter with procedurally generated levels. You pick up new weapons and try to make it to the nuclear throne. Very unforgiving, no story, but somehow very addictive. You level up and gain perks as you go as well. I play at least 7-10 runs just about every gaming session.

Recommended for some quick mindless fun.

Couldn't tell you. Never played KF2 or seen it played on twitch.

It is Retro graphics, same camera angle as The Binding of Isaac, you start with a pea shooter and find guns and level up as you go. No two levels are completely alike. Apparently the loose story is there was a nuclear event and now you are fighting through the wasteland to the nuclear throne. It doesn't matter, it is all about the shooting and looting.

Very much like FTL as far as randomness goes, but the runs are much, much quicker

It is actually very hard, but super fun.

Love Nuclear Throne. Super fast paced top down shooting rogue like. Tons of characters, abilities, and weapons to choose from.

I played like 25 runs last night. I either suck or this game is super hard.

Best I did was like 3-3 and hit some kind of warp or some shite.

I think it is $12 on PSN

Probably cheaper on steam

Worth the money IMO
