Anyone played this on the xbone? What's your opinion of it you have?

Played it until ESO came out. Was pretty fun but they crammed a ton of shite in the game, can be overwhelming. The progression to level up is incredibly linear... If you like to wander and explore and do your own thing this isn't for you. The real money currency (zen) is pretty easy to obtain (once you hit max) , probably the best way of handling it in those cash shop games I've seen.

Another thing, they are supposed to be updating it a ton and by end of year it's supposed to be close in version to the Pc.
One more annoyance, it's hard to make builds and test them out. If you are a veteran MMO player you're used to sitting at a target dummy and parsing your attacks. Can't do that in here, and somewhat worse you have to rely on info from the Pc version that is half arse close to what you have.

Have not played Neverwinter on Xbox, but I have played it on PC. The game actually starts off very fun, but then you fight more and more enemies which seem to take forever to kill which takes a lot of the fun out of the action combat. It's the same problem I had with TERA.
That said, it really doesn't look or feel like D&D at all. If you want a closer approximation of D&D, try DDO on the PC.

You can respec when your get to max level for free IIRC.
I played untill ESO came out. It's worth playing IMO. They update often and fix bugs relatively fast. I hope they fixed grouping in dungeons to relieve all the booting for no reason.

It is a lot of fun. There is a ton of depth in this game for it being "free".
