What genre do you like? Sounds like your not feeling anything open world right now.

If you haven’t played it Dark Souls is the only answer.

I got the entire Hitman collection for like $80 combined this week and I’m really enjoying it.

It’s kind of a mindfrick how to get all of the Hitman (2016), and Hitman 2 content to be available in Hitman 3, but it seems like it will easily be worth the sale price.

I usually like those types of games. I liked most of the previous AC games. I found Valhalla really empty and slow paced.

Fallen order was also very empty. More puzzles than combat. I found the combat clunky and repetitive.

Also recently placed Arkham asylum and couldn't get into that either.

Most recent game I played that I enjoyed was Spiderman.

Did you play Horizon Zero Dawn already?

Its open world like all those you mentioned. It is action based, IMO much fast paced than those. The Puzzles are figuring out how to kill the robots, as they have components on them that explode, shock, catch fie, etc.

I honestly thought it was the best game of the generation.

I just finished HZD after trying to start it 2-3 times after not being able to get into it and it was indeed a very good game across the board.

Combat, story and everything was done really well.

Another really good game I played recently was Nier:Automata as well.

I recently picked up the bundle of Far Cry 3,4 and 5.

If have never played them they are a lot of fun.

If you enjoyed Spider-Man I think you would like Ghost of Tushima. It is another PS4 game with a storyline, a similar map structure and you also collect different armor and outfits similar to the Spider-Man PS4 game. If you don’t like that you could also try the newer Spider-Man Miles Morales game on PS4.

Control

Great combat, can be a little slow at times (but that may have just been my playstyle), super eerie mindfrick.

The beginning can be really slow, but it picks up after you get an ability or two.
