NCAA Football 2012 idea..

Instead of starting a Dynasty as a head coach..you would have to start out as a coordinator. You would have the choice to be the offensive/defensive coordinator.
(I'm still split on the idea of if you would only play offense if you were the OC and only play defense if you were the DC.)
As an offensive coordinator you would be able to design a playbook for your school. Customize it to your teams strengths.
For instance..they have goals for the head coach in NCAA 11(Reach a BCS Bowl/Play in a Jan Bowl/double digit wins/winning record against rivals). For the Coordinators, the goals could be have a top 20 offense, have a 1k yard rusher, have a 2500 yard passer..have a top 15 scoring defense, etc.
You could build your resume as a coordinator and then begin your goal to become a head coach.

would be cool, but would never happen. EA is gonna keep doing the bare minimum until they get some competition

Great idea, but instead of having EA spend time on it n then frickin it up somehow, why dont u just do it urself? All the tools u need to do it are already in the game. Supersim/creating new coaches mid dynasty (they can go to any school)

Awesome idea..I think it would be really neat to add a coaching carousel in dynasty mode too. It would be nice if EA took it a step further and added position coaches as well but we know that't not going to happen.

I believe they did this before. I think it was on NCAA Gamebreaker back in the day. It was good idea but the game wasn't very good. I remember being able to reverse field and score a td everytime.
