NCAA 14 Question Regarding Dynasties and Rosters

I want to sim to this current season, and reload a roster update with the current teams for this year. is this possible?

Pretty sure if you want to run a more recent roster, you will have to upload the roster then start a new dynasty.

You can't change rosters in the middle of a dynasty.
Restart dynasty then load new rosters.

How often does Call Me LSU update? If I got a roster in the spring, should I download an update?
