NBA2K16 MyTeam Question

I pulled 2 "odd" cards from pack openings, The 2 cards are not real players, the picture looks like a created player and they only have a first name. One of the names was "Tyler" and the other was "Russell". They do not show up anywhere in my collection. I have googled this, and have not found an answer, I did see where other people were pulling similar cards, but nobody knows what they are. Does anyone on here know?

Also, I have pulled historical cards in the past, and can not find them in the collection now. I know I have them somewhere, because I was able to get the 950 collection reward with only having 842 cards. That means I have 8 cards floating around somewhere that is still counting toward the collector rewards. I am thinking these will be added later on, maybe some additional pages will be added. What sucks is why add them to the game for you to be able to pull before they can be used?
