First, I am noob so please forgive any stupid questions.
Son having issues with NBA 2K16. Initially says that his NBA 2K16 player account has expired. When he enters all the information and confirms emails, he gets a message that the 2K sports servers are down.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a ban. Did he try to edit his player with a third party program?
