It's all about that 2K Pro Am and MyTeam! The Gauntlet mode is pretty neat within the MyTeam mode. You get to pick one guy from your Gauntlet lineup and then you are given two additional guys chosen for you. One time, I picked Andre Drummond for my guy because of his defense and rebounding.. 2K proceeded to give me the business and hook me up with a bronze PF and Brook Lopez. My opponent had 2 PG's and a SF. He ran circles around my guys haha.

So I am a pale white dude living in the Harlem with a black sister...... Guessing I was adopted.
My state championship team starting five was three white dudes and two Asains...... In Harlem. Lol
Holy shite! She is my twin! It's like a M Night Shylaman movie twist.... Lol

If we started a TigerDroppings Pro-AM squad for XBOX, who all would be interested in joining?
I know we have at least 3 already (Proof, Pevy, Murdoch).
Also, team name / logo?
I'd love to just recreate the LSU Tigers and the Pete Maravich assembly center, but I think we'd be alienating some. So a few thoughts on some possible teams (suggestions please) :
- Tune Squad (Space Jam)
- Team USA / Dream Team (Team USA Basketball logos and jerseys)
- Seattle SuperSonics
- TD Gaming Board Something's
- Mighty Ducks
- Average Joes
- Regulators
- The Usual Suspects
- Reservoir Dogs
- The Goonies
- Charlestown Chiefs
- Springfield Isatopes
Or we could use a generic team name and logo from And1 Tour.

All this Spike Lee bullshite ends after 12-15 games (4 high school, 4 college, 6 or 7 rookie games). Then you never watch a cutscene or any of that bullshite again.
Only thing that sticks with you is that your nickname is "freq". That doesn't seem to go away. But the cutscenes and all of the "storyline" garbage does end

Love the off day stuff once Spike Lee nonsense is over. Also the gauntlet mode in my team is sick.

Making some progress.
Got 4-5 attribute upgrades last night. Level 70 now. "Dependable Playmaker"
last night i worked mainly on the Athlete and Outside Scorer attributes. My Playmaker attribute is high enough now (7) to where i have no problem dropping dimes. My minutes are up to 20 and I'm rocking around 7-8 pts, 5 assists, 2 rebounds, and 2 steals a game. I'm taken Norris Cole's spot as the Pelicans backup PG and am slowly taking time from Jrue.
Me and Murdoc played 6-7 games on the Park. I was a 68 at the time. There's a lot of higher ranked folked already out there. Played against mostly 80+'s. For whatever weird reason I was matched up against a level 89 Center. That was dumb.
We lost every game we played because we had some really bad teammates who wouldn't pass the ball once they got it. Plus we were overmatched size wise all night. Early on it seems like Bigs dominate because most of the guards aren't super proficient from outside yet, so they dominate the paint, the boards, and can't be guarded due to the mismatch.
Lot of douchebags in squads stealing courts from us.
Overall it was fun, we made some really over-matched games close, but we need a big to really run to get wins. Good not seeing a ton of cheese, but it's weird how these dudes are already in the mid to upper 80's. How?
I need to keep grinding so we can get some W's in the Park.

My center is 7'3" 295 pounds. 88 overall. I racked up a ton of points on MyPark the first couple of days. Went on some huge win streaks (like 12 games or so) and consistently finished with an A teammate grade, and you can rack up some VC points.

So I decided to make a second MyCareer player for two reasons. First off I completely forgot to make my SF an outside presence, which was a massive pain in the arse to deal with. I was missing wide arse open 3's majority of the time. Also there is a glitch in MyCareer right now where if you set the game to HOF & 12 minutes then sim it you get around 1000+ VC a game (you aren't supposed to get VC when you sim the game). Since 2K in their money grubbing ways decided to make your guy that is supposed to be a basketball phenom only a 55 overall once you get in to the league, they are basically forcing you to buy VC. So I have just been playing a game or two with my new MyCareer player then sim-ing a bunch of games with my original character while I watch some Netflx on my laptop.

Are there any cutscenes following the first season of MyCareer like in 2K15? I know the stupid Spike Lee story is over, but I always liked some of those cutscenes

The story is terrible, but 2K knows their audience. Should've made a black guy.

Started a thread but got no answer, do any of you guys know how to get the cards that allow you to customize your MyTeam? I believe they're called creation cards?

Yea, you have to get so many cards in your collection. Go to the card collection reward tab and it will tell you how many cards you need. I know it's not that many cards

I am only a few games in,but I have gotten a few. I had a press conference after the first game and just had one for playing against Golden State.
