Just log into your steam account on your laptop and it will add it to your library when you buy it. It will download on your PC when you next turn it on.
Which one are you getting? Just the game or the game and DLC?
This game looks fun too. I am going to wait and see if it gets cheaper, but it hasn't been out very long so I don't know if it will.
