My PS4 won't turn on

I just bought this for my kids yesterday. It worked fine last night. Just tried to turn it on but all I get is a beep and then the power bar on top turns blue for a few seconds the it turns off.
Any suggestions?

I tried that. Both the restart and reinitiallize and nothing still
