my player "saved content is damaged or unreadable" on NBA 2k11

From what I've read it's because I may have turned off the console and didn't realize it was in the middle of autosaving. Anyone know if there is a way to get the file back? I'm guessing I can't. Shitsucks.

Unfortunately there is no way to fix corrupted save files. How far into it were you?

I was pretty far into it, had my guy's ratings in the 70s. It does suck some major balls, but I've been planning on picking up a PS3 and the show so I'm not too bummed. Hopefully that will take up most of my video game time and I can live out my pro sports fantasy through baseball instead.

It's a bit easier in RTTS compared to starting off myplayer in 2k11. No matter what type of player you create your guy to be he is straight D-League in 2k11. Takes a lot more work.

I remember it was someone putting up pre WW-II era stats and thinking they were bad to the bone cause they play on rookie.
